Supporting children and young people with presentations including anxiety, emotional regulation difficulties, neurodivergence, trauma-related concerns, behavioural challenges, and emerging mood disorders. My approach is person-centred and family-inclusive, taking the time to genuinely get to know each child within the context of their family, strengths, culture, and environment. I work collaboratively with parents and caregivers as key partners in the therapeutic process, recognising their expertise and the important role they play in supporting progress beyond sessions. When providing support in schools and day cares, I prioritise maintaining connection with parents through regular phone or email check-ins to ensure shared understanding, consistency of strategies, and a cohesive, team-based approach around the child.
